The fourth Marina Forum (Mar-For 2024) on Metantennas and Antennas+AI will be held on 4-7 March 2024 at Orchard Hotel in Singapore. This event is organized by IEEE Singapore RFID Chapter and sponsored by academic and professional organizations as well as companies.

The program of Mar-For 2024 will continuously offer high-quality technical talks and panel discussion by renowned keynote, invited speakers, researchers, and talented students from all over the world. Mar-For 2024 will cover a wide range of topics related to theory and applications of metamaterials and metamaterial-based antennas (Metantennas), as well as artificial intelligent, especially machine learning-enabled methods of modelling, optimization and synthesis of antennas and electromagnetic devices (Antennas+AI).

The forum is open to the submission of one-page summary, and accepted summaries will be presented on site. The extended summaries will be published in conference proceedings with an assigned ISBN number, and it is open to public access worldwide.

The forum continues the Student Sessions including the Student Paper Contest (SPC) and Student Interactive Forum (SIF) as a tradition. The students who have worked on relevant topics from fundamental research to engineering applications are welcome to participate.
